Ruby himself had maybe developed, or was told to develop, a story that he would, immediately after visiting the Western Union office to wire cash to an employee, just walk over to the Dallas police garage and walk down the ramp ‘on the spur of the moment’ but to be there at the exact moment Oswald was to be brought out through the basement. He would be allowed to get close enough to shoot Oswald before Oswald was put into a vehicle for transfer to the county jail.
Ruby might actually have been crazy enough to believe, or have been convinced to believe, that feelings against JFK’s assassination were so intense that the people of Dallas were so tortured that it would happen HERE, that he would actually get off, or at least get a ‘light sentence’ for the killing.
Getting a ‘name attorney’ (Melvin Belli) to represent him probably added to his confidence that all would go well. It was probably a total shock to discover he would be convicted of murder in March 1964 and get a death sentence.
His conviction WAS overturned on a ‘technicality’ of the nature of his confession while in police custody.
He did manage to convince Chief Justice Warren , Rep. Ford, and one or two other members of the Warren Commission to speak with him in June 1964 and he begged to be taken to Washington DC where he felt he could testify on his own behalf more clearly, but there was NO INTEREST in moving him out of Dallas the Warren Commission conclusion that a LONE NUT assassin was killed by a LONE NUT vigilante and that was that needed to ‘stand pat’, Ruby would have to stay in the Dallas jail.
The appellate court in Texas took their time before deciding late in 1966 that Ruby’s earlier conviction in Dallas was improper and that he deserved a new trial.
A new trial was to be scheduled in April 1967 in Wichita Falls, Texas BUT in December 1966 Ruby was admitted to Parkland Hospital in Dallas for pneumonia which was quickly re-diagnosed as advanced cancer throughout his body, and he died at Parkland on January 3rd, 1967 (where JFK and Oswald had also both died).
DALLS POLICE WERE POSITIONED WITH "RIOT GUNS". THE ROUTE TO THE JAIL WHERE HE WAS TO BE TAKED WAS KEPT "SECRET" THE AUTHORITIES WERE SO CONCERNED FOR HIS SAFTY.

TIPPIT & RUBY LINKS TO THE TEXAS SCHOOL BOOK DEPOSITORY AND FALSE WITNESS WARREN REYNOLDS:

J.D. TIPPIT & WIFE MARIE
The murder of Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit is the Rosetta Stone that unravels the conspiracy to murder JFK. Its importance in this investigation cannot be avoided or underestimated.
It reveals all the local participants in this conspiracy to assassinate President Kennedy. The Dallas Police Department immediately closed the case on the Tippit murder two days later when Oswald was murdered. This capital murder was never investigated at all by any law enforcement agency.
I lived less than 2 blocks from Warren Reynolds, but never knew at the time. Warren Reynolds owned a used car dealership in Oak Cliff two blocks from the Tippit murder scene. He was a false witness in that crime.
I know a lot about Dallas used car dealers in 1963 Dallas. Used car dealers in 1963 were only one generation removed from those infamous horse traders of the old west. The used car trade descended from that group of horse traders.
Benny Binion had once been an unscrupulous horse trader before becoming an outlaw, gambler, and one of Sheriff Bill Decker's killers.
A generalized statement of both groups would be they were typically shady people who would rip you off in a heartbeat given the opportunity. I am, by the way, only referring to the majority of used car dealers in 1963 Dallas and Oak Cliff, so I'm not intending to disparage used car dealers of today.
My father was a professional gambler in Dallas. He knew every single backroom gambling room in town. He knew a great many used car dealers who ran gambling out of their offices and back rooms. For the most part they were a disreputable group of individuals. Many were active in the Dallas underworld and straddled that grey zone between the criminal world, DPD, and Sheriff Decker’s organized crime syndicate.
Do these descriptions fit Warren Reynolds? I can't say for sure, but it did fit the vast majority of small neighborhood used car dealers in Dallas at the time.
At a minimum, Mr. Reynolds had statistical probability working against him. It all gives me reason to seriously question everything about his statement and testimony.
For starters, his car dealership office door was over 600 feet East on Jefferson Blvd. from the Patton Street/Jefferson intersection.
That's two full football fields in length. The Tippit murder scene at 10th and Patton is almost that same distance from this Jefferson and Patton intersection where Mr Reynolds claims he began walking westbound and parallel with Tippit's killer on opposite sides of Jefferson. He claims he kept up with the shooter for about a block.
Tippit's killer was in almost a full jog covering a slightly shorter distance as he headed south on Patton to this Jefferson and Patton street intersection where Reynolds intercepted him immediately following the Tippit murder.
So, are we to assume Mr. Reynolds covered this distance in a full jog or run beginning the very moment he heard the gun shots? In order to intercept the shooter by arriving at the same time he would have necessarily needed to run the whole distance. The two starting locations are approximately the same distance from Jefferson and Patton.
Most people would have been apprehensive in approaching an area where multiple gunshots had been fired, not running toward that area in a full 200 yard dash.
All the photos I have seen of Mr. Reynolds appear that he was a little overweight, and not in condition to run a double olympic style 100 yard dash. I'm already seriously questioning Mr. Reynold’s entire story. Something just doesn't quiet add up here.
Below is a photo taken of Mr. Reynolds immediately following his pursuit of the suspect while Reynolds was walking back to his used car dealership. The temperature was in the upper low to mid 70s, wind was 15 mph out of the South, and there was a very high humidity due to the rain that morning.
In Dallas, when the wind is out of the south, it is a warm moist air coming off of the Gulf of Mexico. The sky was clear and the sun was shining very brightly overhead. It was muggy and humid, which means perspiration evaporates very slowly, if at all.
Reynolds had just covered well over 2000 feet round trip. That is almost half a mile. He was in a very fast walk running part of the way. He should have been highly excited, nervous and perspiring. So where is the perspiration?
He had just completed a half mile high intensity walk and run under highly stressful conditions with his life in danger. He was chasing a criminal who had just fired a pistol several times. Reynolds should have been sweating profusely, but he looks as calm, collected, dry and cool as, well, as cool as a cucumber.
He's lying to a reporter with news film rolling at the moment. Suddenly being on TV news and being questioned while lying about a capital murder should have raised his stress level even more.
I will let the reader be the judge of his physical condition, and his ability to run a 200 yard dash while chasing a man with a gun who had just fired it multiple times.
Reynolds even claimed he saw the shooter concealing his weapon in his right waistband under his jacket. Reynolds was to the shooters far left, and across a very wide street. How could Reynolds possibly have seen the weapon on the shooters right side being concealed. He even identified the weapon as an automatic, although Oswald was allegedly arrested with a revolver.
Reynold’s shirt is neither wet nor clinging to his body, and his face and head are not wet. His face should have been shining with perspiration since he is facing directly into the Sun. Overweight people who run also tend to perspire more that people of normal weight.
He only shows slight traces of perspiration, if at all. He doesn't appear to be excited, but appears rather calm and collected. Something just doesn't ring true here.

Mr Reyonlds falsly claims in an interview below that his car dealership was only “one” block from Tippit murder scene. This is a blatant lie. In fact it was slightly over two blocks away, and they were also diagonal to one another geographically as the streets ran, with many buildings in between.
From the car dealership to the Tippit murder scene was over 1 block west on Jefferson to Patton Street, then 1 block North on Patton Street to 10th Street, then two houses going back East on 10th Street.
Reynolds claims he walked out of his office immediately after he heard shots and that he saw the gunman at that time. That's not even possible. The “gunman” had to have already been on Jefferson at the Patton Street intersection 200 yards West of Mr Reynolds location before Reynolds could have seen him from his office in the few seconds after hearing the shots.
The gunman would have had to been moving at warp speed to cover the almost 200 yards from 10th and Patton Street intersection to the Jefferson and Patton street intersection in the few seconds it took Mr Reynolds to walk out onto his porch immediately after hearing the shots. None of the witnesses ever claimed the shooter had broken into a full run.
They all claimed he walked at a very brisk pace. Mr. Reynolds is repeatedly making false statements pertaining to the capital murder of a police officer. That was, and still is a felony crime.
In his statements and testimony, he indicates he ran to get even with the shooter. He then walked almost up with the gunman, and across the street from him, as they walked the next block on Jefferson headed West. So, how did Mr Reynolds catch up to this gunman so fast? The gunman was already 200 yards ahead of Reynolds walking briskly down Jefferson headed West. Reynolds story is simply not true.
Here is a Mark Lane interview of Mr Reynolds. Notice the apprehension he has in answering rven simple questions that he should have had immediate answers to. He has to pause for considerable time internals just to keep his story straight:
Mr Reyonlds claimed he kept up with the shooter for one block, but then the shooter ducked behind a gas staion at that location and disappeared. Mr. Reynolds then claims he “ran” across the street in pursuit of this fugitive.
He ran behind this business, but the shooter had disappeared. Reynolds is a pretty brave man trying to catch a fugitive after hearing gunfire and seeing him with a pistol. He was willing to run behind a gas station to the alley in pursuit.
I would have been concerned I might get shot. That is unless he knew this shooter, and this was all part of some prearranged plan. Reynolds is obviously lying about something. He was involved in the discovery of the jacket supposedly worn by and discarded by the shooter under a car parked behind this business.
This brings me to my strong suspicions about Mr Reynolds and what the truth is concerning his involvement in this crime. I believe Mr. Reynolds and his car dealership had at least a tenative link to Jack Ruby. Perhaps that link may have been through the gambling world. Most of the witnesses who identified Oswald as being the shooter had connections to Ruby of one sort or another. This was Ruby's residential neighborhood.
Ruby's apartment was only a couple of blocks from Reynolds used car dealership. His apartment was only 4 or 5 blocks from the Tippit murder scene. I strongly suspect a connection between Reynolds and Ruby.

LARRY CRAFARD
Ruby's employee and sometimes domestic companion, Curtis Lavern "LARRY" Crafard, bore a striking resemblance to Oswald.
This is especially so if you were only able to catch a fleeting glimpse of Crafard as he ran past you brandishing a gun after just having fired it. Crafard often stayed over at Ruby's apartment, but he lived full-time in a storage room at Ruby's Carrousel Strip joint downtown. He did janitorial duties, fed Ruby's dogs, and cleaned up their mess.
Here is a picture of Crafard trying on the very same jacket found abandon under a car behind the business. Mr. Reynolds was involved in the discovery of this jacket supposedly worn and discarded by the shooter under a car parked behind this business.
This photo of Crafard was taken before the Warren Commision in order to see how well the jacket fit him. It looks pretty much like a perfect fit to me. What was it that was said in the O.J. trial, “If the glove doesn't fit, then you must acquit”? It fits Crafard perfectly, so no acquital for him. In fact, Oswald wore a small jacket, Crafard wore a medium. This jacket is a medium size.

I might add, this jacket had a “Hollywood Cleaners” laundry tag in it, and the Dallas PD went to great lengths trying to locate a Hollywood Cleaners in Texas.
They searched state wide to no avail. Crafard had lived in Hollywood CA immediately before moving to Dallas. i suspect this jacket actually belonged to Crafard, and that he had it cleaned while in California at the Hollywood Cleaners in Hollywood. (My good friend Gary Gary pointed out this well documented important fact to me).
Marina Oswald claimed she always washed Oswald's jacket, and that he had never taken his jacket to a dry cleaners. I strongly believe this jacket actually belonged to Crafard, not Oswald.
I believe Crafard was the real shooter of Tippit, and that Ruby was also involved with the murder as described by the best witness available to this crime, Ms Acquilla Clemons. “Available” that is until she disappeared after being threatened by a man wearing a gun who looked like a police officer.
She said the cop told her to keep her mouth shut about what she saw, or she might get hurt. Fortunately for us she gave a video interview of her eyewitness account to Mark Lane before she vanished from this planet years ago.
I've extensively researched Ms. Clemons and her whole family. She was an honorable woman from a fine family and grew up in rural Corsicana, Texas 40 miles South of Dallas. She had many preachers in her family and had married a preacher.
She was unbiased Christian lady, honest, had no links to Ruby, and had no reason to lie. She in fact had every reason in the world to keep silent, but spoke up anyway. I believe they silenced her for her bravery in order to hide the truth.
She worked on 10th Street very close to Patton as a live in caretaker nurse for an elderly patient at that address. She was the best witness to the murder of Officer Tippit and knew him from the neighborhood.
Ms Clemons Interview:
I believe Reynolds had a prearranged deal with Ruby and Crafard to identify Crafard as being Oswald. I also believe Reynolds was already near the Patton and 10th Street intersection, 600 feet from his business, waiting for Crafard to arrive when the shots were fired. Reynolds did everything he had agreed to do up to a point.
The point of change came, I believe, when he figured out that he had gotten himself all mixed up in the JFK assassination somehow. This was no longer just a save America plot to get rid of a commie subversive spy living in the neighborhood.
This was now part of the JFK assassination and involved the capital murder of a police officer. I think Mr Reynolds balked at identifying Oswald as the shooter at that point, and he refused to proceed any further in this plot. He reneged on completing his end of the bargain and became vague in identifying Oswald as the shooter.
At that point Mr. Reynolds became a loose end and potential risk to the whole conspiracy, so the plan was implemented to silence him.
Reynolds went downstairs to shut off the lights to his car dealership at closing time not long after his Warren Commision testimony, and a killer was waiting for him in the dark. He shot Reynolds in the side of the head. Reynolds escaped, and survived the near fatal headshot. He then swore out an affidavit shortly after and sent it to the Warren Commision changing his previous testimony before them.
He effectively informed them that his memory had greatly improved after being shot in the head, and now he was able to absolutely and positively identfy Oswald as the person he had seen and followed down Jefferson.
Reynolds head shot went in his right temple traveling downward at a 45° angle and came to rest against his left lower jaw.
The weapon, as I understood it, was a 22 caliber rifle. Mr. Reynolds and the assailant were standing on the same level. So, are we to assume the shooter held the gun above his head and pointed it downward at a 45° angle to shoot Mr. Reynolds?
No. This was an execution. Mr. Reynolds had to have been on his knees when shot. He would have had time to see the man who was about to kill him, and was probably told why he was about to die.
Here is a reporter interview of Reynolds descibing these crimes:
Several years later a researcher ask Mr Reynolds why he had changed his testimony. Mr Reyonlds said, “Because I wanted to keep on living”.
This story gets much better. Just listen to this bizarre chain of events that followed the Reynolds shooting.
A suspect was quickly arrested by DPD for shooting Mr Reynolds in the head. They would have charged him, but one of Jack Ruby's strippers came forward and said their suspect had been with her at the time of the Reynolds shooting and could not have possibly committed this crime. DPD dropped all charges and released the suspect.
So, what became of Ruby's Stripper? A short time later she got in an argument with her roommate, a Ms Patsy Swope. Ms. Swope had her arrested for an alleged minor assault. DPD booked her in and transferred her to Decker's county jail.
She was found dead in her jail cell later that night. They claimed she had hung herself with her own pair of pants. I guess she had become yet another high risk loose end to Ruby and the conspiracy he was involved with.
Patsy Swope is also another significant link in the cast of characters involved in the conspiracy to frame Oswald for the Tippit murder, and to permanently silence Warren Reynolds. This link also leads directly back to the Kennedy murder conspiracy and ties all all three murders together.
Ruby's dead stripper’s roommate, Patsy Swope, was the niece by marriage to the same Mr Canson who owned the Texas School Book Depository business.
Mr Canson’s wife was Patsy Swope’s blood aunt. Her aunt’s maiden name was also Swope. D.H. “Dry Hole” Byrd owned the TSBD building, but Canson owned the TSBD business and Canson was Oswald's employer at the TSBD.
The Cansons and Byrd were also neighbors. Their two mansions in University Park were only a few hundred feet apart as the crow flies. Small world right?
D. H. “Dry Hole” Byrd was also the key founder and Commander of The Civil Air Patrol (CAP). Oswald had been a member of Byrd’s CAP as a fifteen year old teenager. The circle just keeps getting smaller.
So there are at links between every one of these suspects. Ruby was in this from start to finish. He was a serial murderer.
I believe Ruby shot Tippit, ordered Reynolds shot, definitely murdered Oswald, and he was connected to his strippers murder in Decker's jail. He was also a participant in the conspiracy and coverup to assassinate President Kennedy. Many of the mysterious deaths of witnesses following the assassination of Kennedy and murder of Tippit had connections to Ruby and his part in framing Oswald.
Ruby's murder spree ended with the very first nationally televised live murder in American history. Oswald's murder by Ruby in the Dallas Police Headquarters was Ruby's last murder, but it wasn't the last murder related to covering up all the crimes that Ruby had committed. Witnesses continued to die mysteriously for many years after Ruby was dead and gone.
The same DPD Detective who investigated the General Walker shooting Oswald was falsly accused of committing, was also the same investigator in charge of the Warren Reynolds shooting investigation.
He wasn't even a homicide detective. He was a counterfiet investigator for DPD. At the federal level, counterfeiting is investigated by the U.S. Secrete Service. This investigator would have had frequent contact with the local Secret Service agents in Dallas working jointly on cases with those agents on a daily routine basis.
Oswald wasn't the only prisoner to die in police custody with Jack Ruby connected to the crime. One of Jack Ruby's strippers died in police custody also, and she had connections that led directly back to Warren Reynolds, Crafard, Patsy Swope, the Cansons, the TSBD, and D.H. Byrd.
We might as well throw LBJ, Ruth and Michelle Paine, Sheriff Decker, the General Walker/Warren Reynolds DPD investigator, the Dallas local Secret Service, and many others in the mix as well. This is all just the tip of the iceberg. The connections are seemingly endless in this case. All connections are significant in a triple capital murder criminal investigation.
Aquilla Clemons disappeared and was probably also murdered. It wasn't healthy being too closely associated with Jack Ruby in the Autumn of 1963.
Being in a jail in Dallas at the time also had a high mortality rate. Even Ruby's own death in Decker's Dallas County Jail was a murder according to statements made by Ruby. He said they were giving him injections that caused his rapid decline from an extremely aggressive and fast spreading cancer.
It's little wonder Ruby's stripper had to die. She undoubtedly knew to much. She probably eventually figured it all out, realized she too was now involved in the Kennedy assassination and wanted money to keep silent.
Patsy Swope was keeping a close eye on her for the Canson’s and for Ruby. Ruby had contact with her as well. She was probably talking to much, so Patsy Swope was instructed to have her arrested. Anyone who became a liability or threat to the conspiracy Ruby was involved with was eliminated in very short order. Reynolds just got lucky and survived his date with death. He immediately fell in line and changed his testimony.
Today the naysayers in the conspiracy debunking community are forced to embrace and defend this serial murdering career criminal in order to support the Warren Commision propaganda lie that no conspiracy took place.
They totally insist all of these connections have any significance. They simply ignore them. This conspiracy and coverup has never ended. It continues to this day. These are the very connections they are trying to hide from the American people.
For those seeking a more indepth coverage of Officer Tippit's background and the scheme that led to his betrayal and murder involving Ruby and Crafard, please see my post below on this space titled: “SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT ON THE TIPPIT MURDER”.

OSWALD WAS THE FRAMED PATSY:
To see how the power
elite tried to frame him, first look at a picture in
life magazine of him supposedly posing with a rifle in
his backyard. (ABOVE).
ABOVE: Now let's take a good look at those
pictures. We've enlarged his hand holding the rifle.
Hummmm, looks like someone cut off the ends of his
fingers with a meat cleaver with no fingernails. Very sloppy cut and pasting from whomever forged these pictures.
Now take a close look at his chin. You'll see where
someone has super imposed his head on a fake chin as
you can see the chin is flat unlike a real chin which
is rounded. (BELOW)
Next you can see a "ghost" Oswald which
was found by the House Assassinations committee in FBI
files which proves they were doctoring the photos with
blank imaging which they later filled in with fake
Oswald pictures. (ABOVE)
